We bought these racks that are the same that restaurants use for orders. Each department has their own rack
January is the slow time of year...we need more racks.

( 3 / 84 )Hanging racks to hang drapes over. We wanted this up close to shelves for finished products and centrally located for the installer to have everything together when he comes to pick up installs.
We will move drapes up from the backhouse to this area tomorrow and photograph again.

( 2.9 / 37 )Fanfolder from Rowley...screw to a table and fan fold manually. Try to ignore the key system equipment in the background.

( 2.9 / 35 )We moved the drapery comb into the corner that the single needle was in. This makes much more sense as we can fan fold draperies right by the door on their way out to be stored in the installation staging area.
Notice the rack on the wall for plastic wrap.

Our favorite single needle is now more centrally located and more room around it. Surrounding table is built ready to be covered with vinyl. We cover our tables in vinyl so the fabric will slide, plus we can clean the surface easily.
I just used scrap 3/4 pieces of lumber to make the tables. We screw into the side of the machine table with 1/2 lumber to secure the work surface to the machine table.
