Hard Cornice over Stationary Panels
Details:
Entry Hall Windows

Fabrics: Kasmir (panels); Greenhouse (cornice)
Trim: Golden Tassel

The cornices are embellished with an antique Indonesian shutter owned by the client. They were attached to the cornice with small screws, which were driven from the back of the cornice into the back of the panel (with the client's permission). There are two windows, flanking a front door.

This has been my favorite design project, and a duplication of the first treatment completed in 2004. The client initially wanted an
"old world" look, but updated. Photo 1 shows the first completed project. The client moved in late 2005, and had to leave the (and
ALL) custom window treatments. She loved this treatment, so we duplicated the design but changed fabric colors. She actually
picked her paint color to blend with the fabric - imagine that - doing design in the proper sequence!!
Photo 2 shows the design concept for the room, and the last photo shows the room to date.

Fabric 1st treatment - Kasmir Elmont-gold, Dkei C1404-xb cord with Conso beaded tassels
Fabric 2nd treatment - RMCoco R251-825, a chenille damask, WorldWide Trim beaded onion with Dkei C1411-AG lip cord
Both crown toppers are custom made from Wilkinson Enterprises, Memphis

Scot Robbins we'd like to kiss you
Oh my gosh...look at this monster bay cornice sitting pretty on top of Scot Robbins Valet...do you know what a nightmare this usually is to balance on homemade wooden stands.

Plumlee Place Fabricator Trisha just said, "If Scot Robbins walked in the door right now I'd have to kiss him on the lips."

Scot Robbins Valet
This is why you need not one or two, but three valets. Talk about saving time..wow.
